We have an exciting program planned for this year’s Annual Paul & Lillian Singer Memorial Artist in Residence sponsored by Susan & Gary Singer in memory of Gary’s parents, Paul & Lillian Singer.  We will be hosting Chef and Cookbook author CHANIE APFELBAUM!

Chanie Apfelbaum is the founder of the popular blog Busy in Brooklyn and author of the cookbook Millennial Kosher. She is a contributing writer to Mishpacha Magazine’s Family Table and has been featured in The Wall Street JournalHuffPostThe Meredith Vieira ShowThrillist, and more. She was born and raised in Brooklyn, and lives there with her five children.
Chanie will be here at CBE doing a LIVE cooking demonstration for our congregation about the joys of kosher cooking.
This event would include a cooking demo, as well as a tasting option where food that she has prepared from her cookbook is served.   She will  also do a Q and A.
