Beth El Celebrates 90 years!

On May 19, the Beth El community celebrated it’s 90 year history!  In addition, we celebrated the first female rabbi to lead Congregation Beth El Norwalk, Rabbi Ita Paskind.  120 community members came out and were welcomed by US Senator Richard Blumenthal and Connecticut Attorney General William Tong.  After a lovely cocktail hour, we moved to the presentations where our history and our future were celebrated hand in hand.  With a nod to where we have been, Rabbi Paskind was celebrated as our eyes to the future.   Watch the presentation portion HERE.
