DESCRIPTION:This special trip to the Jewish Museum is sponsored by the Beth Elles and open to all.  The group will be led through the permanent collection by Beth Elles’s friend\, Helane Rheingold. \nHelane has had a lifelong passion for\, and connection to\, the world of art\, artists\, art history and art museums. For 30 years\, she has been educating herself and others about art.  She has facilitated conversations with adults and children; in libraries\, schools and private senior residences in Connecticut and New York\, as well as acting as a docent at the Neuberger Museum of Art\, SUNY Purchase. \nSpace is limited to the first 20 people at the special rate of only $36 per person\, including transportation from CBE.  The bus will leave our parking lot promptly at 9:30 a.m. on Sunday April 7. We will be grabbing lunch before heading back. (This is not included in the cost to register.)  Register HERE.

DESCRIPTION:CBE’s Social Action Committee has teamed up with the Schoke Kosher Food Pantry truck to offer its services monthly in the CBE parking lot.  Each month this truck serves the members of our community with food staples and needs. DESCRIPTION:Tot Shabbat will meet monthly on Shabbat mornings. Beth El welcomes all families and their young children (through 4th grade) to attend Tot Shabbat services. Led by CBE member Sharon Kesselman\, these monthly experiences include a special snack\, songs\, prayers\, and dancing as we celebrate Shabbat and make new friends while learning a little Hebrew and all about Shabbat.

DESCRIPTION:Our BMitzvah students (5th-7th graders) join CBE member Morah Rhonda Ginsberg once a month for a guided Shabbat morning service experience. Sitting together with their teacher and peers\, students are immersed in the service they are preparing to lead as they enter Jewish adulthood.
